IMPORTANT SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

1 – Returns for service or calibration should include a Return Authorization number (RMA).
2 – In all communications, please note the serial numbers of the products in question.
3 – Enclose short description of the problem or what you want us to do.
4 – Do NOT return the AC adapters with the shipment.
5 – Ship items prepaid of all shipping charges, including duties and taxes.
6 – Wire transfers of amounts under $1000 will be charged a $30 fee.
