Thank you for contacting us for Service, Repair, and / or Calibration.  Charges for each service will vary; however, this form will get you started.

Step 1:  Submit this form and pay later once your device has been inspected, serviced, and/or calibrated.  In the Additional Information field, please provide details about your returned device.

Step 2:  Check your email for a shipping label. Package your instrument and send us your device.

Step 3:  Our repairs team will inspect your device and you will be contacted for service authorization and payment information.  If your device can be successfully serviced we will return your device after payment is complete.
