PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE AN INSTRUMENT THAT USES THE SM-X SENSOR MODULE (A-22, OS-4, OS-6) PLEASE CALL US BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR INSTRUMENT IN FOR SERVICE.

 

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In all communications, please note the model numbers and serial numbers of the products.
  2. Enclose the service form, or a short description of the problem or what you want us to do.
  3. Do NOT return the AC adapters with the shipment.
  4. Ship items prepaid of all shipping charges, including duties and taxes.
  5. Wire transfers will be charged a $30 fee.
  6. International customers please label customs and shipping documents: GAS SENSING INSTRUMENTS, VALUE $100, RETURN TO FACTORY FOR REPAIR, MADE IN USA
